NHS OC’s growth has brought with it greater responsibility in the areas of public awareness and advocacy. We continue to expand our connections and work with business associations, public policy organizations, nonprofit entities and coalitions, and with elected and appointed officials to further housing opportunities for a diversity of people and to strengthen our neighborhoods. NHS OC’s strong, resident-led Board of Directors and Advisory Boards in La Habra and Santa Ana bring community representation and authority to these efforts. NHS OC will continue to expand its role in resident leadership development.
